I know there is a proz entry on *long hours* but the client told me that long hours are not overtime.
What else can long hours be defined as?
Has anyone got any ideas???

Beispielsweise muß ein angestellter Lkw-Fahrer in gewissen Abständen Pausen einlegen, fährt der Unternehmer den Lkw selbst, braucht er sich an diese Regelungen nicht zu halten! Welch ein Risiko für den Straßenverkehr!
