I have no knowledge of German, but came up with:
Addieren Sie bitte eine weitere Tischgedeck.
Please tell me if this is wrong, and what specifically is wrong about it. This is for a story I'm writing, set in Salzburg, Austria. Thank you!

Okay, "addieren" is just for math. The software couldn't understand how I was using it, of course, which is why I wanted to get some native speakers' input here.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who commented!
Legen Sie noch ein zusätzliches Gedeck auf, bitte.
Or:
Legen Sie bitte noch ein zusätzliches Gedeck auf.
The verb in this sentence is "auflegen". German has verbs with separable prefixes. The prefix "auf" modifies the meaning of the root verb "legen". A literal backtranslation leads to something like this :-):
Please put an additional place setting onto (the table).
Also, "addieren" somewhat corresponds to "add", but you only use it in maths.
I see "please" comes at the beginning of the sentence. What function does "auf" serve? It isn't "also" like I first guessed, but "up", so does "zusätzliches ___ auf" need to be paired always?
