help!!!!
I won an auction on e-bay and I am supposed to send money to this woman who lives in the United States, but she doesn't accept credit card payment and bidpay.com will only accept via (I have a mastercard). Can someone please tell me what an International Money Order is (in Italian, pls, so I know what to ask for)?
According to the bank, I can't send an ASSEGNO CIRCOLARE in dollars (and of course I am supposed to pay in dollars). Accordint to the post-office I can't make a VAGLIA, because you can no longer send them to the US. GRRRRRRR Help, pls!!!
