特撰商品 or 厳選商品
Let me suggest other possible renditions: 特撰商品 or 厳選商品, specially selected items. I suppose the latter would be a bit stronger in its selectivity than the former, but that should depend as the phrases seem to be variously employed.

ピックアップ商品
How can we answer when you don't provide a CONTEXT?
A ピックアップ・アーティスト for example is not a "pickup artist", but (today's "featured artist"). Abrigado to DJ TARO for the hint.

Thanks for the context. My suggestion doesn¥'t work because it¥'s normally accompanied by ¥"today¥'s¥" or ¥"this week¥'s¥".
特撰商品 is used so often--domestic in-flight magazines, 通販 catalogs, etc.--that one must not take the 特撰 too literally. Instead of ¥"special selections¥", I¥'d pick ¥"Specials¥" (too supermarket?) or ¥"Featured¥".
