Context defines what is what not dictionaries. How do you define this when the context is a law about mine engineering? Dictionary entries are not divine verses.

commendator Thanks for your comments offering this question was just to take your attention to what it is called in law and legal documents not necessarily in ecclesiastical one. Commendator in legal documents in persian lan is used as متولی
look at different usages of trustee
حقوق و قوانین: امین، امانت پذیر
فنی مهندسی: متولی، وقف کننده

مهندسی معدن: متولی، وقف کننده
while امانت دار again in law is depositary and امانتدار again in the same context is abilee

Commendator is an ecclesiastical term eccl. law. Secular persons upon whom ecclesiastical benefices are bestowed, because they were commended and instructed to their oversight: they are merely trustees. See this link:
