Release pump pressure and remove RSM-100 (low height) jacks from coupling area. Leave valve on pump in open position to allow fluid to return to pump reservoir.
Disconnect RSM-100 (“short”) jacks from hoses.
DO NOT RESET DIAL INDICATOR IF IT NO LONGER READS “0”.
Install RC-106/108 (long) jacks to hoses.
Check hydraulic fluid level by pumping ram out to its full extent extending ram.

Tenho a impressão que o que o cliente está chamando de "low height jack" é o "low profile jack" - seria o nome mais comum.
Se for isso, no Brasil é chamado de macaco (tipo) jacaré. A altura dele é baixa, lembrando o bico de um jacaré.

É um manual de operação. Acredito que estejam querendo salientar a necessidade de retirar o macaco quando ele estiver baixado, em "baixa altura" e não caracterizando o macaco necessariamente.
