принимают кандидата на работу, отобрали его среди многих, после чего:
· The job offer can only be progressed by People Services Department on receipt of the signed acceptance of the successful candidate.
· People Services Department should be informed immediately of any change to the agreed start date, as set out in the written letter of offer.
· If due to exceptional circumstances, the successful candidate is unable to be transferred to their new position on the start date as set out in the written letter of offer, then he/she will receive the appropriate rate of pay for the new position from that start date.
· The successful candidate’s current Manager must complete the PDP process within two weeks of providing the Employee Performance Rating.

План личного развития. На жаргоне назывался PDP.
Когда я работал в "Accenture" (тогда - Andersen Consulting), у нас такой был.
Буллшит полный. Никому не нужен, кадры всех подгоняют заполнять, а за рюмкой чая признаются, что сами не понимают, к чему это всё.
И менеджер сотрудника в одобрении PDP участвует, и кадры к процессу подвязаны (дабы подгонять), и заполняют этот PDP чуть ли не сразу по приходе на работу, вместо того, чтобы осмотреться.... Обычно я highest confidence ставлю редко. Но тут - именно тот случай.
Ой.
Не дай вам Б-г, коллеги, иметь такую вещь.
И - как обычно - удачи.
