Context Within 10 days of the end of each quarter, XXXX will provide YYYY with two copies of the statement of account relating to the commissions accrued during that period, one of which will be returned duly signed for acceptance together with the relevant invoice within 30 days of the end of each quarter.

neutral Alejandro Alcaraz Sintes : "A más tardar" is, I think, not likely to be found in a Spanish legal document. To me it sounds colloquial and idiomatic, at least here in Spain.
