Jefe Especialista en Medios

...would be my suggestion considering one of the meanings of "senior" in English:

Senior: a person holding a position of higher standing in a hierarchy of ranks (Merriam-Webster)

superior, decano, directivo, principal especialista en medios (de comunicacion ?)

I was working for a major US multinational in the energy sector and the titles under management were:
..., staff, principal, senior.

If that is the case, I suggest you to use Directivo.
My congratulations !!!

"especialista superior en medios"

Senior means "chief" but it also means experienced, superior, in the last year of university. You can't hold a degree of "chief". I would translate it as "superior", because that's the meaning in spanish.
Sincerely,
Gabriela
