Konsekvenser Jag ögnade igenom googleträffarna och såg inget som tyder på att det handlar om tidpunkten. Här är ett exempel som handlar om konsekvensen av att kontraktet upphör:
(b) Effect of Termination of Contract for Any Reason.
(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this Section 12(b), upon termination of the Contract for any reason, Business Associate shall promptly return to Oxford or destroy all PHI received from Oxford, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of Oxford. This provision shall apply to all PHI
that is in the possession of Business Associate and its subcontractors or agents. Business Associate shall retain no copies of the PHI.
(2) In the event that Business Associate determines that returning or destroying PHI is not feasible, Business Associate shall promptly provide to Oxford notification of the conditions that make return or destruction not feasible. Upon mutual agreement of the Parties that return or destruction of PHI is not feasible, Business Associate shall extend the protections of this Amendment to such PHI and limit further uses and disclosures of such PHI to those purposes that make the return or destruction not
feasible...
