but:
fees for professional services are honorarios, which is the generic term... of course, there can be a tarifa or a cargo...
but, if you are talking about fees that are charged by government agencies for services (such as filing an application, obtaining a license, etc.), then the _correct_ term (at least in Mexico) would be "derechos".

También lo he visto en el caso de aerolíneas, por ejemplo, cuando cobran una comisión (fee) por cambiar la reservación original, por ejemplo.
De verdad depende del contexto y del servicio del que estés hablando.

honorario is what a profesional charges
cachet is what an actor charges
