I have searched and I am unsure about "destinations". I found quite a few hits on Google for "destination des lieux loués", but that did not help regarding the actual English translation of this. I couldn't find this anywhere else, either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
Gina W (asker) Sep 19, 2005:
Actually, I have "Occupancy of the leased premises".
Gina W (asker) Sep 19, 2005:
BTW, right now I have: "Occupation of the leased premises". I am just not sure that is actually correct.

Selected

intended use of let premises

It's not really 'occupancy' (which is more like 'jouissance'), but the 'destination' part implies 'purpose for which it is intended'
