In pleadings, referring to a form in which a song may be released. I have thought of "sheet music", but that is "partition". Graphic edition / version / format ?

I think sheet music is what is meant in your sentence.
"éditon graphique" is a curator/librairian's way of saying "sheet music", take a look at:

however "printed music" has its attractions, as per:
