The conditions shall not be binding upon the company

Hello,

This is the term I prefer to use.

inopposable = not binding upon (no liability for)
opposable = binding upon (is liable for)

I hope this helps.

The company cannot be legally challenged for not adhering to these conditions because they are not legally bound by them.
