This is the translation I have:
Giving notice that failure to attend this "or subsequent, related hearings" regarding this matter would prompt a decision based only on the elements provided by the opposing party.
My question is the following: does "subsequent, related hearings" cover well "toute autre à laquelle l'examen de cette affaire serait renvoyée"?
4 +2 | subsequent OR related | Paul Kozelka |
4 +1 | this or any subsequent | Johanne Bouthillier |
4 | this hearing or any other hearing the investigation of this case may require | Jean-Charles Pirlet |
Jul 1, 2011 08:39: Stéphanie Soudais (X) changed "Term asked" from "checking phrase" to "toute autre à laquelle l\'examen de cette affaire serait renvoyée"

how about \"...or any subsequent or related hearings\"?
Note: I would add to the last part of the sentence something more precise about the risk of a decision not/not in his favor...
this or any subsequent

: "related" seems unnecessary as you have "regarding the case" afterwards. The "renvoi" presumably refers to another date being set, for whatever reason. "subsquent hearing of//concerning this case" perhaps?
