Based on the additional context provided "customer profile" would make more sense, though I haven't seen "zone d'attractivité" used in that way before.

I know that in market research focus groups they talk about a set of people who fall into a bracket, "group".
I think this is talking about which area/group of society this is concerning (i.e. sex, age etc). Therefore I would call it a group.

I think it is a direct translation from the English term 'focus group', and focus group is a good choice as it is a common term in marketing studies.
I'll add that in context 'peer group statistics' or 'client data' might be better as simply a heading category.
