Many of the Google hits for "désenfouissement + chirurgie" refer to "désenfouissement" of the penis. Something you might want to have a look at (well, not really) if you have no context, just a list of words. Haven't found a term for it, but the following site describes "corrective surgery for a buried penis".

The surgical correction of a buried penis depends on the abnormality. However, marked improvement can be achieved in most patients by excising excessive pubic fat and suturing down the overlying skin of the pubis and scrotum to the erectile bodies.
