Thanks. I like "subsequent", too. "Follow-up" sounds more like marketing-speak, though. More context would be nice.
disagree Fernando Castaneda : Separating both roots, "anschluss" could stand for "connection". In some industrial settings, a vendor directly supplies its goods IN LINE with the production line, as in the automotive industry. I would translate it as "IN LINE SUPPLY"

agree Fernando Castaneda : Normally the production output of a factory is directly linked with logistics - this is, market distribution. Of course more background would help, but this is some kind of guess for a parallel application.

I have no particular reference for this, as this is not an old usage and additionally not a coined usage AFAIK. But an interpretation of the german could polically mean " maintenence of good (service) providers"
