German term
reinen Wein einschenken
German to English
Marketing
Idioms / Maxims / Sayings
Wein, C U there".

in wine there is truth
So if you don't want to use Latin, use the English translation of "in vino veritas".

get your spirits up
Just an idea...
Note from asker:
Truth is in the wine? Trust is in the wine (von wegen Kundenloyalität etc.) |

We'll raise our glasses to you!
Trying to keep the image.......
I thought of we'll fill your cup (glass), but isn't especially trustworthy!
I also have "it's crystal clear......."
Hope this helps, good luck!

our candor(candour) is as fine as our wine

You may have heard about us on the grapevine...
...now come and hear what we have to say for ourselves!
The trouble is that since the British Isles weren't growing much wine when the English language settled into its current form, we don't have that many wine-related proverbs.
There are any number of puns you could make on grape/great, but the client probably wants something a little bit classier than that.

: Admittedly this is a bit off-topic, but if Silvia is allowed to rewrite this is a definite possibility as it is about curiosity.

Pure Austrian wine - and that's the truth!
don't like the word 'truth' here , but 'that's no lie' also doesn't sound right.
Have fun with it!

we'll be spilling the beans, not the wine
This doesn't exactly stress that the truthfulness of the company, but no doubt they will be spilling the beans about their great products while offering visitors a glass of wine. I would definitely read further if I saw this heading - spilling the beans about what? Something new? Something different? Some secret or other? Not to mention the promise of wine - I might even go along myself :-)

honest, like our good Austrian wine
"honest wine" is sometimes used to express the way the wine has been manufactured without any additives or tricks and I hope that Austrian wine laws are as strict as German ones which makes the good wines something that people usually trust.
Alternatively
You can trust us, like our honest (wholesome, pure etc) Austrian wine(s)

Discussion
The short-term effect of the scandal was a complete collapse of Austrian wine exports and a total loss of reputation of the entire Austrian wine industry, with significant adverse effects on the reputation of German wines as well. The long-term effect was that the Austrian wine industry focused their production on other wine types than previously, primarily dry white wines instead of sweet wines, and increasingly targeted a higher market segment, but it took the Austrian wine industry over a decade to recover. Much stricter wine laws were also enacted by Austria.

In my opinion, a better suggestion would be to rewrite the text to offer the trade fair visitors true Austrian specialties, namely wine, wurst, horseradish AND your client's steel. Really good advertising texts don't get translated, they get rewritten. Grüße!
