One winegrower nearby was guilty of watering down his wine so people from another village changed the Ortseingangsschild overnight to "Canaa"). This is the reason why the laws are now more tightly enforced, because wine drinkers HAVE to believe that the wine they are drinking is pure and unadulterated. So the "truthfulness" of Austrian wine can be emphasised.

I don't agree... ...that if one Überschrift is in Latin, the other two must also be in Latin. Go ahead and use "In vino veritas." It's the truest translation.
In my opinion, a better suggestion would be to rewrite the text to offer the trade fair visitors true Austrian specialties, namely wine, wurst, horseradish AND your client's steel. Really good advertising texts don't get translated, they get rewritten. Grüße!
