Another in a long line of "Ansatzs" in this validation report.
This time in a flow chart:
arrow from "Einwaage" pointing to "IPC" then another arrow pointing to "Ansatz der Lösung", with another arrow pointing to "Filtration".
I'm thinking "preparation/addition/introduction of solution". In the past have used "bulk solution" for "Ansatzlösung", but am not sure what is going on in this specific instance.
Thanks in advance,
JM

Preparation of Solution for Standard Addition
Dilute a 10.00 mL aliquot of the standard manganese solution to 100 mL in a volumetric flask. Each mL of this diluted solution will contain 0.100 mg of Mn and will increase the absorbance of 50 mL by approximately 0.09 units.
