Withdrawal

1. If it should emerge, even before the delivery date for the contractual objects, that the AN is not fulfilling this contract properly, not rendering – or only partly rendering - important individual obligations of this contract, or will not meet the delivery deadline, or that the guaranteed *Leistungswerte* cannot be attained, the AG has the right, irrespective of other rights, to withdraw from the contract.
