It's when two soccer players go for (and kick or have contact with) the same ball and the ball is therefore deflected, emerging from the fray in some unintended direction.

what the exact term in American or English soccer idiom would be but a Pressschlag (New German Orthography) or Press-Schlag is the situation when two players hit the ball simultaneously

: not the same thing - a trap ball is when you have your foot on top of a ball on the ground, preventing it from moving. Only one player needed for that. Preßschlag always involves 2 players (at least) trying to kick the ball at the same time.
