Unfortunately, I cannot figure out what this stands for ... I have tried googling this, too. How about youse guys? Any semi-informed ideas?

Such abbreviation could, in this context, be IT-related, logistics-related, ERP/SAP-related, etc. It could be exclusively internal to the parties to the agreement or it could even mean just about anything. A Leistungsschein (the client wishing this to be translated as Service Certificate) describes a specific service an IT company provides its customers with, complete with pricing info.

See there is no ref. material for this job. Sorry! Not a typo, then, either, I don't think, it isn't: have checked this.
