I think this is a button on phones which gives you all sorts of 'butler' services. They'll call you a cab, book you a hotel, give you travel information, etc. Probably even run you a bath!

Think service would work well if there's an S on the button.

Oops .. forgot to read the whole question. This is about alarm systems as here:
