Greek term

μικρονοϊκός δικτατορίσκος

Greek to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature
Perhaps I should open two threads but I need these two words together; for I suspect that δικτατορίσκος might be "petty dictator" but I am not sure how it sounds together with the other word. Needless to say, the term is used as a metaphor, i.e. not for a military dictator but (in the novel I am working on) for a shop-owner with authoritarian behaviour.

a (little) tin god (literary)
someone who behaves as if they are more important or powerful than they really are.
Have you seen him over there, acting like a little tin god?
