Same problem as in my other question - how to differentiate this from a range of other terms.

Again, the age-range may be a key point in helping me decide how to translate this.

Is it anything like what would be called (in the UK at least) a "baby-and-toddler centre"?
Or do the children go up to the age of about 6, i.e. above toddler age?

The word "kindergarten" (or "kindergarden"), by the way, doesn't seem to be used much around here. Of the terms in popular everyday use (in the UK), the one I'm most aware of is "playschool".
