Financial statement
I am translating the financial statements of a company. One of the items is: "Crediti v/soci (*società in trasparenza*)" and another is: "Debiti v/soci (*società in trasparenza*)". I found the definition in Italian; it is characterized by the fact that: "Il reddito prodotto dalla società di capitali è imputato a ciascun socio, indipendentemente dall’effettiva percezione, proporzionalmente alla sua quota di partecipazione agli utili."
However, I am unable to find the English equivalent. Any ideas?

fiscally transparent/flow-through/pass-through companies
"A flow-through entity (FTE) is a legal entity where income "flows through" to investors or owners; that is, the income of the entity is treated as the income of the investors or owners. Flow-through entities are also known as pass-through entities or fiscally-transparent entities."
