Italian to English Other Finance (general)

Pls note this is one term, for banking documents, pls see below thanks. I have found a lot of info on the bank of italy's website..but all in Italian so have no clue of what the equivalent would be in English. Help much appreciated thanks

5.4 Invio segnalazione non significativa su autovalutazione ex orientamenti ESMA;
Il Dott. xxx, su invito del Presidente, informa i presenti che, ai sensi della comunicazione congiunta xxx del 30.4.2012 in tema di orientamenti ESMA, gli intermediari sono stati chiamati a produrre ed inviare una autovalutazione in merito alla “prestazione dei servizi di investimento in un ambiente automatizzato”.
