Text of first call loan guarantee
Or just "first call guarantee" in US English the actual document is the "garanty" and in fact "text of" is pretty redundant since this is an attachment.
The first call bit is if a loan is guaranteed the creditor may call first on the guarantor to pay, instead of first taking the debtor to court and then if that doesn't work calling on the guarantor to pay. Or if there are two guarantors, or that sort of thing anyway.

text of the conditional bond
- anche se, tecnicamente parlando. non è identica, è l'istituto giuridico anglosassone che più assomiglia alla fideiussione a prima chiamata.

first demand bank guarantee
or just leave it as fidiussione. I don't think one would actually say "text of the guarantee" if listing it in an agreement, hence why I have not included it in my answer above. We would porbably say "a copy of the guarantee is attached as schedule etc etc". I guess it depends on your client and how literal they prefer the translation to be.
