that sounds reasonable - after all iff there's ther error of adding the e to the Polizia, maybe also and likewise the Polizia should have been Pulizia!?!

Polizia sanitaria is a generic name for the kind of activity a Sanitary Inspector is engaged in - not the name of an institution; just as we have the "Guardia di Finanza" for the activities of "polizia doganale." And it is surely "polizia" - not "pulizia"
