situazione ipotecaria

Law/Patents
Real Estate
I'm having a hard time deciding whether a more literal translation should be used for this, or if there is a specific term in English.
In a property assessment compiled by a notaio, there is a section entitled "situazione ipotecaria" and subsections entitled "iscrizione ipotecaria" and "altre spese" that follow.
Thanks in advance!

: While I am familiar with "security" as a synonym for "collateral", I would just have put "mortgages" here Tam.
