I don't follow the logic of your additional note again, but then I don't really understand your author's Italian either. If this prop or upright is not fixed with screws as such, then it must have a threaded fixing system of some description. Perhaps you could say something vague like "screw-in type fixing system for ease of replacement", although why they would want to replace a single structural member is somewhat unclear. Perhaps your roller coaster is a travelling ride rather than a fixed installation - this would certainly be compatible with the use of screw-type and slot-in assembly systems.
