Italian to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)
No context sentence given that the phrase appears in a chart regarding sales procedures and client companies. I think it means "Added companies". The procedures are drawn up by an Oil Company selling Jet fuel to outside Clients.

In Google you will find: "stoccaggio e messa a bordo". So Assiolo may be right.

Un'ipotesi: forse, non "mesa", ma "messa"; una società che si occupa della messa a bordo degli aerei del carburante stesso (???) o di qualche altra cosa...
