Italian term
abbreviazione dei termini
Italian to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
summons to appear
I can guess the meaning, wonder if there's a standard term:
Thanks.

The answer already given refers to whole process, to which an urgent subpoena belongs: when the Court asks for a "summary procedure" witnesses are not heard and the overall trial is shorter, the decision is often made that very day.
In the case we are debating the subpoena requests an appearance before the legal period of time, an urgency. (for example when a piece of evidence would deteriorate with time)
