How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

It's a question of style..either is "correct"..in this particular instance..I just think it sounds more legislative and formal...that's all..

De minha parte, n�o fiz nenhuma cr�tica a voc�. Como o site oferece a oportunidade de que os membros opinem se o n�vel da pergunta est� adequado, votei para que a pergunta fosse classificada como non-pro. N�o vai nisso nenhum desdouro.
Gostava de saber a quem submeti algum teste de tradu��o/retrovers�o, para que se sentissem no direito de tecer coment�rios menos elegantes no que diz respeito �s perguntas que tenho feito?
Quando fiz esta pergunta e outra que lhe est� directamente relacionada, foi por uma �nica raz�o: n�o domino ainda a linguagem jur�dica e sei como � poss�vel cometerem-se erros, da� ter tido a humildade de perguntar a profissionais. Por�m, isso n�o d� o direito a ningu�m de fazer coment�rios deste teor.
Fa�o a pergunta, respondem se quiserem, n�o s�o obrigados a rigorosamente nada, a n�o ser, educados e profissionais como tenho sido para com todos v�s.
