initiatied design work

I think проектную here refers to "design", not "project" work since the discussion is about "реализации проектов внедрения, отработали методологию".

Now we can do most projects without a glitch.

Not a solution, just a suggestion. First, I would be tempted to break this into shorter sentences – after all, the guy is talking. Second, the guy is not saying anything specific. Just another self-congratulatory piece from a corporate exec. (I would not be surprised if he had no clear idea of what is meant by "наладили проектную работу".)

So I would go with something like this:

Mastering Axapta is not going to overwhelm our team. A year or so ago we started working with Attain. Since then, we have been through several successful projects and fine-tuned our process. Now we can do most projects without a glitch.

Got my drift?
