disagree Leonid K.U. : "перекрытие" is NOT roof or roofing material, it's (mostly concrete) slab/flat-slab/beam+girder+slab/etc "structure" forming floors/ceilings that separate storeys of the building...

there is no indication whatsoever of slab,beam and girder....have you read my second link ? it concerns ceilings and/or roofs. Others too, if you have a closer look at their links, mention roofs as a likely coating.
