Russian term

Обычно - (emphasis added - N.A.) Here and thereafter?
Proposed translations (English)

here and below, emphasis added (S.A.)

Just "here and below" is fine. "Here and henceforth" is OK too, but more formal.
Peer comment(s):

agree Tatiana Nero (X) : here and further. "Emphasis added" is standard, you're absolutely right.

here and hereinafter highlighted by me

Over 20,000 hits in Google on "here and hereinafter";
"highlighted" is if the text has been physically identified
with a writing instrument like a "highlighter" (gel pen);
otherwise, I'd substitute "underlined" or a word denoting
how the text was identified
