Spanish term

hecho técnico aeronáutico

Spanish to English Law/Patents Aerospace / Aviation / Space airport law

act of technical aeronautics

This is just my attempt. I cannot think of a way to combine these words in English that would sound natural without using 'of'.

See Chapter I, page 1 "The Notion of Aeronautical Law" speaks to: a) dynamic nature, b) international nature, c) regulatory nature, d) integrality, e) autonomy, f) other characteristics.

Page 10 speaks to the "characteristics", and the "dynamic nature".

Page 12 speaks to "the technical aspect", quote: "The technical aspect prevails here and is linked to the characteristic of aviation as a long distance communications means, dominated by speed, the yield of which increases in direct relationship to the length of the flight, and the speed of which has changed the style of everday relations at a distance and multiplied the possibilities of contact among peoples" (29).

agree James A. Walsh : Good reference, Taña. I spent quite a bit of time researching this earlier, and couldn't find anything convincing. I reckon you should formulate an answer from this to post. Saludos :)

Thanks JAWS. Frankly, the only thing that comes to mind is the "technical aspect(s) of aeronautics" (I am still fuzzy where this area could fall whether it under the broad area of "characteristics" or "dynamic nature").
agree Melina Ruiz Arias : Taña, proceed with your input! The grammar and wording used in the original version are confusing. For sure "hecho técnico aeronáutico" refers to a "technical aspect"/"technical fact".It's as simple as that. I wouldn't add "aeronautical" (continues..)

Sorry, I tried to squeeze everything in my answer for Taña.
Here I go with my whole explanation (following Taña's input):

Taña, proceed with your input! The grammar and wording used in the original version are confusing. For sure "hecho técnico aeronáutico" refers to a "technical aspect"/"technical fact".It's as simple as that. I wouldn't add "aeronautical". If you want to emphasize on the fact it happened within the "aeronautical environment", I would then say something like "a technical fact in aviation" or something like that. "un hecho técnico aeronáutico", in my point of view, means "un suceso "técnico" en un avión... "

I hope it helps somehow.
