Spanish term

efectos cambiarios

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
this is a contract for the sale of a property:
Thanks very much.

exchange rate impacts

This can refer to just to effects from changes in the rate of exchange. You can find lots of references to it in macroeconomics papers on governments managing monetary policy and not necessarily in contracts.

Here is are links to a paper written in English and translated into Spanish (a good translation).

P. 9 in the English version --
This dilutes the exchange rate impact of running persistent current account
deficits for two reasons.

While there probably are formal "instruments" in the case discussed in your context, that isn't what this particular phrase is saying. I just witnessed how the exchange rate can affect the negotiation to buy property when a Canadian friend bought in the US with a Canadian loan. The exchange rate had tilted in her favor, but had it not, she would have come up short on funds to cover the purchase.
