If it's any help, here's my rough translation of the main bit of this sentence:
In this regard, Supreme Court Judgment XXX/XXXX states that the problems to which article 370 of the Criminal Code was subject in its original version have been resolved by the revision introduced by Constitutional Law 15/2003, providing an authentic definition in article 370.3 of what should be considered extreme severity in relation to drug trafficking by specifying this as being when the quantity of substances referred to in article 368 notably exceeds what is considered to be a significant quantity, or if [...], or if three or more of the circumstances established in article 369.1 exist, **desprendiéndose que la propuesta es alternativa***
