Хотел спросить у организаторов сайта, возможно ли в принципе решение проблемы, чтобы отображались разные символы, закорючки, знаки, иероглифы и т.п., чтобы не сбивалась кодировка, как в этом вопросе, например:

Единственным (наверное) решением Sep 1, 2005

был бы переход на юникод. Но в этом случае возникли бы огромные проблемы с базой данных и с архивами сайта.
