I am translating a book titled "The Slow Down Diet: Eating for Pleasure, Energy, & Weight Loss." The publisher and I thought that the good people of Proz.com could help us with the title and subtitle translation. I am entering the subtitle and subtitle as two different questions, so please refer to my other entry as well.
Which of the following choices would seem more appropriate to you for the subtitle? Or, can you come up with any other suggestions?

1. ** Comidas que nos satisfacen, estimulan y adelgazan ** (my suggestion to the publisher)
2. ** Comer para el placer, la energía y para adelgazar ** (the reviser's suggestion)
3. ** Comer por placer, para obtener energía y para adelgazar ** (my compromise suggestion for the publisher)
4. ** Comer por placer y para obtener energía y adelgazar ** (my second compromise suggestion for the publisher)

Gracias a todos de nuevo.
La editora escogió al fin mi tercera opción (Comer por placer, para obtener energía y para adelgazar), pero doy los puntos a la sugerencia de Marina porque es la que yo mantendría si me lo permitieran. Si se pudieran compartir los puntos, también se los daría a Sandra y a Kate. La sugerencia de Sandra efectivamente fluye bien y es corta, pero tengo reservas en cuanto al uso de "energizar" para referirse a comidas.
Por cierto, creo que los comentarios fueron muy útiles, sobre todo los de Marina y Salloz.

Marialba Baez: Me gusta porque fluye bien y es corto. Yo no usaria "comidas" a menos que sea un libro de recetas. "para el placer" suena raro. Las opciones 3 y 4 estan OK.

Salloz: El del revisor es mal español. Su propuesta para bautizar la dieta también es pésima.

-> Así es. La pesadilla de siempre. Revisores muy por debajo del nivel del traductor (ni siquiera nativos del idioma meta, muchos de ellos) que hacen trizas un buen producto. A mí me han corregido textos hasta con faltas de ortografía. Gracias y saludos.
