Explanation:
Yo voto por "si se declara culpable, acepta los cargos en su contra", y me pregunto por qué los colegas aplican el gerundio en español, si éste no es necesario aquí de ninguna manera. Además, el significado de "cargo" es muy amplio, y en las leyes civiles y penales se aplica constantemente. Sinónimos: obligación, deber, compromiso, ¡y no precisamente "acusación"!
