Circus extravaganza
From an article on Cirque Plume, a circus something like Cirque du Soleil i.e. not a traditional circus.
Plume, de spectacle en spectacle, saisit au rebond la poésie, ces petits riens inventés et déroulés, émerveille d'une balle de lumière, d'un souffle, d'un instant retenu, de grâces suspendues.

flighty graces
I think you can afford to be creative here, as long as you keep the references to flying trapeze, high wires etc.

: To me, flighty sounds as if you mean scatterbrained or skittish//I think the original seems very 'still' and calm. Airy would be much better, yes.

Well, yes, that's what it means but I don't think that matters too much in this particular context. Maybe airy graces (as a play on airs and graces) would be better?//I read "suspendues" as hanging in the air, a ref to the trapeze, but I could be wrong!

effortless/graceful suspension acts
The circus marvels you with its ball of light, sense of spirit, effortless suspension acts, and ability to stay forever with you.
d'un souffle = with its spirit
d'un instant retenu = with a moment remebered/ability to remember it?
I hope this helps.
