Es geht hier um aktuelle Biopsie-Entnahmemethoden fuer NSCLC.
Die Frage lautet: Bitte helfen Sie uns die Prozeduren die sie bei der Gewebeentnahme anwenden besser zu verstehen. Wie unterscheiden sich diese Methoden.

Der Doktor antwortet: Das ist unterschiedlich. Manchmal benutzen wir Bronchoskopie und manchmal, wenn der Tumor oder Herd mit Bronchoskopie nicht erreichbar ist, benutzen wir Punktion von aussen. Nachdem wir die Probe entnommen haben bringen wir sie im frischen Zustand zum Labor oder Pathologen. "Wir haben eine Gewebebank, die angelegt ist," und dann wird entsprechend eine Analyse vom EGFR-Status,zum Beispiel, gemacht.

Ich hoffe, dass dies genuegend Kontext ist :) Ich bin mir nicht sicher wie ich "wir haben eine Gewebebank, die angelegt ist" uebersetzen sollte.
