Hello

this is actually really weird, whenever I trie to answer a question at Kudoz or if I answer in a different forum there are those white reference lines where I havent been writing in yet but when I submitt the answer a reference shows up like http//www. rotweiler.com this wouldnt be that bad but last time I tried to answer the kudoz question the reference was all of best porn this is quit embarrassing I dont know what is the matter. Can you please help me to solve this problem. I Virus scanned my Computer and everything seems to be okay.I know it is a little bit funny but not when you want to be professionel.
Thank you in advance and if you ever read my reference I DONT MEAN IT.
Kind Regards
Andrea

Hi Andrea,

Maybe you didn't enter the URLs in the correct format.
Some web space providers forward their visitors to any (random) address when they receive a wrong URL. Even an inconspicuous space character could produce this effect. (Maybe you deleted the default entry "http://" ?)

HTH,
Harry

Look at the right corner (down) of your display if there is a strange icon.

Hmm, there is something wrong in your computer... Jan 12, 2004

Although these are not technically viruses some kinds of malware or web scripts can "hi-jack" your browser's address bar (I experienced something similar some time ago, when a script redirected me to another site everytime I entered www.google.com in the address bar). I would suggest to download one of these useful utilities for removing any malware/spyware from your computer:
Ad Aware at http://www.lavasoft.de/
or Spybot S&D (my fav utility of this kind) at http://www.safer-networking.org/
Maybe these utilities can solve this issue out. Also note carefully any unusual message from your web browser when you surf the Internet.
Good Luck

Massimo

Similar experience Jan 12, 2004

Something similar happened to me. I cleaned my computer with Spybot - Search & Destroy and now everything is ok. Very annoying and time consumming, isn't it?
