Here I am back again with my "posh" menu. As is usual with a menu, I have very little context, so it's not easy to guess, but do you think the "zuccherina" in "Foglie di zuccherina" could be "zuccherina chicory"?

Ci sono tante varianti, si potrebbe lasciare anche in italiano, a seconda del contesto (a volte fa "chic" lasciare in italiano). A te la scelta (dai un'occhiata ai link che ti ho messo e scegli cosa ti piace di più). Comunque sia è molto facile trovare queste info in rete.

: Non vorrei sembrare quella che tira acqua al suo mulino, ma la barbabietola è diversa dalla cicoria, qui si parla di cicoria: B 568 Cicoria Zuccherina di Trieste da taglio Foglie rotonde di colore verde biondo. Rivegeta rapidamente e ripetutamente. Varie

certo che sono cose diverse ma dal contesto non vedo proprio come si puo` essere sicuri che si tratta di foglie di cicoria e non barbabietola. A mio parere potrebbe benissimo trattarsi sia di una o l'altra visto che entrambe appaiano spesso nelle ricette.
