neutral  Cetacea: Problem is: "simplicity" is something good, while "Einfalt" is definitely not. And I doubt that an initiative promoting cultural diversity (which didn't have this phrase copyrighted, by the way) may serve as a reference for a menu...

-> Hi Cetacea, It's a reference for a restaurant, I believe. But I agree that "simplicity" isn't perfect, yet it sounds...

Variety instead of the same old same old

But I wonder if it wouldn't be better in English to just forget about the Einfalt altogether and just say

Exciting menu variety / choices / colo(u)rful menu options...

variety, not monotony

Explanation:
monotony:

(1) The term "monotony" is etymologically similar to "Einfalt" ("mono" = "ein").

(2) One of the negative connotations of monotony is "boredom" -- so this hotel restaurant's menu is not boring!

(3) I think it would be bad to use the word "simplicity" for "Einfalt" -- because "simplicity" can often be a good thing, while "monotony" is definitely bad.

variety:

(1) In English there is the popular saying "variety is the spice of life" -- which also has to do with food!
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="variety is the spice o...

not:

(1) You could use "instead of" instead of "not" -- but for a short slogan, "not" probably sounds better (ie, it creates better 'prosody' or rhythm).

Hope this helps! :-)
