This term appears in a list of medical supplies, and my research has been fruitless. The term appears various times as such in various documents so it is unlikely to be a mistake.
Context:
a) Sistema de recolección de muestra para gasometría (capilar con heparina de litio) en un 30% del total de pruebas para los H. Materno Infantiles y el 25 % para Pediátricos
b) Torniquete plano de ***polil-sorpreno***, toma libre de látex de 2.5 cm de ancho y 45 cm de largo.
c) Lanceta metálica integrada aun dispensador de plástico retráctil con protección individual, estéril y desechable. Con profundidad de 2.0 mm.
d) matraces de vidrio tipo erlenmeyer de diferentes capacidades 500 y 1000 ml.
